Apply for a scholarship

• Scholarships are for Oxford Hills ONLY currently
• Sports Equipment is free to anyone anywhere
• No shipping of equipment/scholarships
• Must be granted permission by parent for scholarship or equipment
• Meet parent, child, coach or teacher in person
• No family members of ANY CJSS Team/Volunteers can apply/receive scholarships 
• Sports equipment is still allowed to be given to ANY CJSS Team /Volunteers families
• CJSS agrees to help 1 child once with a scholarship. Situations can be considered
• After first donation you may apply for half of a donation for your sport need
• CJSS will not cover clothing items like snow pants, winter hats, gloves etc.
• There will be NO TOLERANCE for any CJSS team member, volunteer or vendors who are impaired from drinking, smoking or other means when arriving at event or during the event
• If you are asked to leave due to being impaired you will not be welcomed back as a CJSS team member, volunteer, or vendor.
• If any fights, arguments or disagreements arise all parties will be asked to leave
• If you are asked to leave but refuse the police will be called to remove you

What CJSS Covers/Offers:

• Sports Fees
• Shirt/Hat Fee
• Away lunch money (must provide game schedule)
• Possible travel expenses (requires letter from coach)
• Picture Fees 
• Free gently used sports equipment
• We always accept any gently used equipment donations
• If CJSS gets information that any scholarship is not used for intended purposes the subject will be asked to refund CJSS in full. If this happens, said student will not be allowed to request for another scholarship.
